O'Brien Joshua Martinez 8th

O'Brien works in the ministry of Truth. He's an agent of the thought police he's also completely loyal to the party and the ingsoc. He is also apart of the false flag resistance movement whose goal is to find thought-criminals. They lure them and arrest them then "cure" them.
